Seasonal Whiplash is an internal employee sales contest personally administered by Kyle Woods. Kyle Woods is the sender of these text messages and is responsible for this messaging program. It is not operated by the participants' employer.

SMS Privacy Policy

Kyle Woods collects your name as shown on the leaderboard, mobile number, consent records (timestamp, method, disclosure version, IP address and browser user agent), and the texts sent and received for Seasonal Whiplash.

We use this information to administer contest entries, send confirmations, clarification requests and standing or rule updates, and honor consent and opt-out choices.

Data is kept in an access-controlled application database administered by Kyle Woods. Messages transit Twilio as the SMS provider and the wireless carriers. Access is limited to the contest administrator.

Consent records are kept for the life of the program and four years after. Other data is kept until the contest ends or deletion is requested.

All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information won’t be shared with any third parties.

We do not sell, rent, or share mobile numbers or SMS consent with third parties or affiliates for marketing.
